The Dragons Head Wall Mount is an easy to build model that is a full kit that you can build yourself

This model is a medium sized wall mounted model that is easy to build and looks great, a fearsome welcome to any home. It is designed to be self supporting and can stand on its own and is capable of being mounted to a wall. You can glue the pieces together for a longer lasting structure and it can be easily painted for individual preferences.

Difficulty: Easy

This model is fairly easy to build and is appropriate for younger builders from ages 12 and up. Adult assistance may be helpful.

The best advice is to arrange the middle section of the head from larger to smaller parts, first around the nose then build the sides. Some pieces are going to be glued together to hold properly while being hung vertically on a wall. Comes with pre-drilled holes for mounting but can be fixed to a wall with other methods if preferred.

MDF is a flat wood board that is normally used in construction and housing applications. Compared to other wood products it is more flexible and long lasting so it makes a good choice for modelling and applications. Resulting prints have an appealing wood textured finish with the advantage it can still be used like regular wood for sanding and painting.
